04-09-12: EXCELLENT REVIEW ABOUT RWA SOLO ALBUM ON DPRPMy solo album ©RWA 2010- 2011 got an 8.5 out of 10 review on Dutch Progressive Rock Page.I know for a fact these guys are not easily impressed so this means a LOT to me.27-08-12 : FORMATIV - OUTSIDE MOVING INAnother FORMATIV epic is seeing the light of day!!!This one was originally written as a RWA instrumental named ECLIPSE part 1 + 2 (you can listen to part 1 on my rwa page). The guys gave it the notorious FORMATIV treatment and now it's called OUTSIDE MOVING IN. 27-06-12 : FORMATIVA very exciting new prog project featuring:Jeremy Cubert (US), John Beagley (UK), Tom Kraus (US) and Ronald Wahle (NL). After John, Tom and I contributed to Jeremy's track AETAS SUITE we felt very VERY pleased with the result and decided there's more where this came from. This is the birth of the trans-continental prog band FORMATIV. You can listen to AETAS SUITE (18:44 long epic) on the projects page or purchase it on BandCamp. I'm in the middle of writing and recording part 2.18-02-12 : RWA : D-WORKSA new RWA track called D-WORKS. After 3 "not so prog" songs it's time for a very prog one that's probably the closest I'll ever get to Rush.07-02-12: RWA - BUGSA new RWA "laid back/ chill out" track released called BUGS. It's to spicy to call it ambient... but chill out applies me thinks. 21-01-12 ELEVEN AIRED ON EIMA (EPISODE 60)RWA track ELEVEN will be aired tonight on EIMA episode 60 on The Dividing Line Network.TDL has been good to both RWA and Ghost Circus over the years playing our music. We had both GC album launch parties at Rogues' Gallery over there back in '06 and '08. They continue the support by airing a lot of RWA tracks. Howard Jones is one of my 80's hero's and one of the reasons why I bought my first synth (a Korg Polysix) back in '85. I've added my own drums and guitars to this track as well as a tiny bit of keys.24-12-11 : FROSTIES* - FFCSThe FROST* FORUM COLLABORATION SONG! A true interwebs collaboration of fans of the UK (prog) band Frost*. Numerous forum members have contributed to this 15 minute epic we've created together. I've had the privilege to produce and mix this song. What you see here is version 13, finished on Dec 6th 2011. I might have tried 50+ times to nail down a solo for this song but couldn't. Kurt sure did!01-03-11 : RWA - DEMO OF THE MONTHThe track OVERLOAD (PART 2) is 'Demo of the Month' in the March Issue 2011 of InterFace Magazine NL. The 3 individual parts (as well as the entire song) are available here.13-02-11 : RWA - LEADERYet another long track. This one started out as a leader for a local TV show; that's where the first 30 seconds come from. And the brilliant name obviously! It ended up being another 12 minute epic.20-01-11 : RWA - K2A new 12 minute song. This track was aired on Rogues' Gallery episode No 345. If you like (modern) Marillion you might enjoy this track.31-10-10 : RWA - OVERLOAD (part 1 + 2 + 3)A new 15 minute epic. The individual parts are also available. This full epic was aired on Rogues' Gallery episode No 344 (The Dividing Line network).29-07-10 : GHOST CIRCUS BREAK UPDue to creative differences between the two members of Ghost Circus (C.S. Brown and Ronald Wahle) I decided to part ways from it. Ghost Circus will continue forward under the helm of C.S. Brown. More information available at www.ghostcircus.com.
